  Each tenant receives five online training sessions of 1 hour each to ensure they can fully utilize the power of SoftClinic GenX along with their purchase.
• Exclusive Access to Future Enhancements
  Your subscription guarantees exclusive access to all future enhancements and features. You’ll stay at the forefront of healthcare technology.
• Priority Support
  Email support is included with your subscription. Enjoy faster email response times to resolve any technical issues quickly, ensuring your hospital / clinic operates seamlessly.
• Data Backup and Security
  We take data security seriously. Your patient information is safeguarded with regular data backups and robust security measures.

Offer Exclusions:

• Taxes : GST & Other taxes are extra as applicable by law.
• Additional Users : If you need to add more users beyond the initial purchase after the offer ends, the cost of these additional user licenses will be calculated on per user / per year subscription.
• Consumables are extra : All consumable items like SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Video calling minutes are deducted from wallet and you have to recharge wallet in case you need to use them.
• Third-Party Integrations: Integration assistance is optional and can be arranged separately.
• Data Migration Costs : The cost of migrating existing data from other systems into SoftClinic GenX is not included in the subscription.
• Customisation Costs : The features, functionalities and reports provided in SoftClinic GenX 2.0 are as it is. Any new feature, functionalities or reports are charged extra as per scope of requirement. However you can always request your features and reports requirement and they will be included in future enhancements as per the company policy.
• Hardware Costs : Please note that the cost of hardware (e.g., computers, servers) required to run the software is not covered by the subscription.
• On-Site Support : On-site support is provided only to clients with more than 25 user licenses and is available at an additional cost.
• User License Transfers : User licenses are non-transferrable between tenants within the Multi-tenant SaaS environment.
• Offline Deployment (Optional) : For clients with more than 25 user licenses, an offline deployment option is available. This option incurs additional deployment and hardware costs.
• Telephonic Support (Optional) : For clients seeking telephonic support, a separate support plan is available for purchase.
• Regulatory Compliance Costs : Any additional costs associated with adhering to specific regional or industry regulations beyond the software’s existing capabilities are considered customisation and extra charges will be applicable.
